Privacy Policy
- Your
privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide
this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices
you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To
make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and
at every point where personally identifiable information may be
requested.
- We use a customer relations manager software package (CRM) to streamline all communications between you and us.
- We keep will keep your full conversation history private and confidential. Your e-mail address, name and contact information and private notes will be used solely to keep track of your progress and for billing purposes. It will not be sold or disclosed to a third party or used in any other commercial way.
- You
may subscribe to one of our coaching and empowerment mailing lists at
any time. We use only confirmed opt-in for all of our mailing lists. We will never send
you any unsollicited bulk e-mail.
- All information in our CRM is stored in a system not connected directly to the Internet. For security reasons we use a 2 factor authentication to gain access to the Customer Relation Manager system keeping your information confidential.
- You may request us to remove your e-mail address and all related contact information, notes and conversation history we have on file when you discontinue using our services.
- You
also may request a copy of all information we keep on file. However you
have to request this in writing and we will charge an administrative fee
of 20 Euro to complete this request.
- We may add, clarify or change our Privacy
