Terms of Service
- Our online life coaching fee must always be paid in advance via our secure payment processor Paypal.
- If you want to book an online workshop please contact us for a price list.
- After payment is received we will honour your request within three working days.
- "E-mail Coaching" after our initial coaching answer you are entitled to mail us back one time at no extra cost. This so you have the chance to ask for clarification or make an relevant addition to your request.
- All requests for clarification must be mailed back within seven days after our initial response. If we do not receive a request for clarification we assume that you are completely satisfied and that you are not in need for any clarification.
- Exceptions to this rule are possible in cases when the online life coach asked you for a progress report on a specific date.
- Just like any online coach we are completly confident that you will be satisfied with our services. In cases that you are not completly satisfied with our services or you are in need of extra attention. We will offer you extra help at no cost within normal limits.
- We normally do not offer refunds unless there are very special circumstances.
- A life coach will push you gently in the right direction and help you to stimulate your own creative mind so you can walk through life independently with a high self esteem. We can not fix mental problems.
- Life Coaches are not medical advisors or therapists. If we suspect that you have a medical condition we can request you to see your physician first before you can follow any further life coaching sessions.
- We can not be held responsible for any financial or personal loss incurred following advice or workshops on financial abundance. If you are going to change jobs or run a business acceptable risks must be taken in order to obtain financial gains. We will encourage safe finanancial strategies at all times.
- We will never encourage you to use financial resources you do not have in order to facilitate financial gains when conducting a business.
- Financial decisions will remain your own responsibility at all times.
- Financial success varies from person to person, not because of intelligence or lack of it. The main reason for the variations in success is because of the different levels of self-motivation skills and self esteem..
- We are willing to work on your motivational skills to make things happen for you. Even if you have a history of personal tragedies.
- We reserve the right to discontinue online life coaching if you are not willing to work on your self esteem.
- By taking an online life coaching session we assume automatically that you agree with our terms of service, disclaimer and privacy policy.
- We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms of Service and Disclaimer at any moment in time. Last change was on October 28, 2009.
